Some Trends in Algebra '05

The meeting is organized once per two years by Department of Algebra, Charles University, in collaboration with Department of Mathematics, Czech Agricultural University. The topics include various aspects of module theory. The main focus is on category theoretic, homological, set theoretic and model theoretic methods. There will be a room for 30 minute short talks. The conference will take place on the campus of the Czech University of Agriculture, Kamycka 129 (the street), Suchdol, Praha 6 (detailed plan of the location). The campus can be reached from the station "Dejvicka" (metro line "A" terminal) by the bus no. 107 or no. 147. The campus is next to the bus station "Zemedelska Univerzita", just cross the main road "Kamycka"

The accommodation will be arranged on the campus of the Czech University of Agriculture as well, the dormitory BCD or JIH (see the campus map, "Kolej BCD" is markeded by 8 and "Kolej JIH" is markeded by 10). In order to minimize unnecessary bank commisions, we accept all payments in EUR (or any other major currency). The prices of accommodation are 600 CZK for single room and night, 800 CZK for double room and 900 CZK for three-bed room (1 EUR ~ 30 CZK). Breakfast is not included but it is available on the campus. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cheques or credit cards, so all payments should be made in cash. The registration desk will be open on Sunday from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. and on Monday from 9 a.m. at the entrance of the dormitory BCD.
